Purchases & Licence
Purchasing a PharmaEdges document grants the purchaser a limited licence to download, edit and use the document for the permitted internal purpose described with the product.
Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying PharmaEdges template.
Permitted Use
Purchased documents may be customized for permitted internal use, including modification of procedures, responsibilities, equipment details, company information, logos and document-control information.
Prohibited Use

- Shared with unrelated organizations or third parties;
- Uploaded publicly or distributed through websites, cloud repositories, Telegram, WhatsApp or similar platforms;
- Sublicensed;
- Sold as part of another document/template collection; or
- Modified and resold as competing commercial templates.
Regulatory Responsibility
PharmaEdges documents are customizable reference resources. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving documents according to their Quality Management System and applicable requirements before implementation.
Purchase does not guarantee regulatory compliance or audit acceptance.

News and regulatory information available through PharmaEdges is provided for informational purposes. Users should verify important information through the linked official regulatory source before making regulatory or compliance decisions.
Payments & Delivery
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Digital products are normally made available electronically following successful payment.
If payment is completed but a purchased product cannot be accessed, please contact PharmaEdges support.

Unless otherwise stated, original PharmaEdges branding, website content, templates and digital resources remain the intellectual property of PharmaEdges or their respective rights holders.
Liability
