How it works
With all inputs entered as percentages, OEE (%) = availability × performance × quality ÷ 10,000.
Inputs and units
Enter each factor from 0 to 100: for 90%, enter 90. Derive all factors for the same equipment and reporting period.
Worked example
80 × 90 × 95 ÷ 10,000 = 68.400%, displayed as 68.40% OEE.
Interpreting the result
OEE combines time availability, operating performance and good-output fraction into one metric. A zero factor gives zero OEE.
Assumptions and limitations
The tool does not derive factors from downtime or production counts. Check factor definitions and rounding; OEE does not measure GMP compliance.
